Based on the coffee trees at OFarm in Fanling, seedtocuphk coffee farmers are dedicated to researching coffee processing methods and continuously expanding the cultivation of coffee trees and related plants to seek unique coffee flavors specific to Hong Kong. At the same time, they hope to promote the seed-to-cup coffee process and culture, allowing more people to understand the coffee-making process and enhance the enjoyment of tasting.。

Coffee goes through a process of seed selection, planting, cultivation, harvesting, processing, drying, grinding, grading, roasting, grinding, and brewing before we can taste it in a cup. By understanding this process, we learn to respect every drop of coffee and everyone involved in it.
