Origin
Based on the coffee trees at OFarm in Fanling, coffee farmers are dedicated to researching coffee processing methods and continuously expanding the cultivation of coffee trees and related plants to seek unique coffee flavors specific to Hong Kong. At the same time, they hope to promote the seed-to-cup coffee process and culture, allowing more people to understand the production process of coffee and enhance the enjoyment of tasting it.
