We use coffee as an entry point to help consumers gain a deeper understanding of the production process from seed to cup, and further extend it to the farm to table concept, thereby enhancing everyone's understanding of local agriculture.


Coffee farmers carefully cultivate each coffee tree, dedicated to presenting everyone with a complete coffee experience from seed to cup. Starting with the coffee trees at OFarm, we delve into every step of the coffee processing, continuously exploring innovative fermentation techniques, hoping to uncover the unique flavors of Hong Kong coffee.


We actively collaborate with restaurants, coffee shops, and various organizations to hold local coffee sharing sessions, promoting Hong Kong's coffee culture. Each sharing session details the origins and stories of coffee, allowing tasters to appreciate the heartfelt intentions behind each cup.


In 2025, we will open new coffee plantations, expanding the scale and variety of our cultivation. Through this expansion, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of the potential for coffee cultivation in Hong Kong and identify the most suitable growing and processing methods for the local environment.
